4. Eligibility

However, by purchasing a service, you confirm that:

You have the legal capacity to enter this agreement.

If you are a minor according to your jurisdiction, you use the Services with parental or guardian consent.

5. Accounts & Access

When you purchase a course or service, you may receive a personal account. You agree to:

Keep your login details confidential

Not share your account, content, or course materials with others

Use the account for personal, non-commercial use only

Violation of these rules may result in the termination of your account without refund.

6. Payments & Refund Policy

6.1 Payments

All payments are processed via Stripe.
By completing a purchase, you authorize No Ego to charge your selected payment method.

6.2 Refunds

For all Services, there are no refunds, including but not limited to:

- Courses

- Digital downloads

- Online events

- In-person events

- One-on-one sessions

- Any spiritual or educational experiences

Exception:
Refunds related to the community membership are handled exclusively via

Their policies apply and supersede these Terms.

By purchasing, you agree to this no-refund policy.

7. Recordings & Data From Sessions

Some live sessions (online or in person) may be recorded for educational or replay purposes.

By participating, you acknowledge that your voice and/or image may be captured.

However:

You grant permission ONLY for replay inside the course or program you purchased.

You do NOT grant permission for public use, marketing, or redistribution.

We will never use your image or voice for advertising without separate, explicit written consent.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website and inside the Services is the exclusive property of No Ego and/or its licensors, including:

Videos

Audio recordings

Workbooks

Written content

Course materials

Logos, branding, and graphics

Digital downloads

Session replays

You agree not to:

Copy, distribute, or resell materials

Share course access with another person

Publish or upload any course content elsewhere

Use the materials for your own commercial teaching

Violation may lead to account termination and legal action.

9. Community Rules

When participating in community groups, live calls, or online forums, you agree to:

Treat all members with respect

Avoid harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or abusive behavior

Maintain confidentiality of all shared information

Not promote your own services without explicit permission

Not distribute or leak any shared materials or replay recordings

We reserve the right to remove any user who violates these guidelines.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch and EU law:

No Ego is not responsible for any decisions you make based on the Services.

We are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You assume full responsibility for your own actions and interpretations.

Use of the Website and Services is at your own risk.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising out of your use of the Services.

11. No Guarantee of Results

You understand and agree that:

Spiritual development is subjective

Experiences vary per individual

We do not guarantee specific outcomes, transformations, healings, or results

The user is responsible for their own integration, interpretation, and application of the teachings

12. Third-Party Services

Our Website may use third-party services such as Stripe, Skool.com, or hosting providers.
Your use of these services is subject to their own policies.

We are not responsible for:

Errors in third-party systems

Downtime or technical failures

Loss of access due to external service providers

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

You violate these Terms

You share or leak course materials

You behave abusively toward staff or other clients

Fraudulent activity is detected

Payment is reversed or disputed

Terminated accounts are not eligible for refunds.
